By registering for or using SkoolManage, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your School. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure. Administrators are responsible for the accounts they create for staff, students and parents.
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycle and applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew for the chosen period; you may choose not to renew. Non-renewal leads to a grace period and then suspension, as described in-app and in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other Schools' data, disrupting the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Your School retains ownership of the data it enters. We process it to provide the service in line with our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkoolManage is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of [your city/jurisdiction]. Please update this before publishing.
