Refund Policy — SkoolManage

1. Subscriptions

SkoolManage is offered on a subscription basis (for example monthly or yearly). The price and applicable GST are shown before you pay, and a tax invoice is available for each payment.

2. Renewals & grace period

Subscriptions are for a fixed period. Before expiry we send reminders. If a subscription is not renewed, the account enters a grace period; after the grace period it is suspended but your data is retained so you can renew and restore access.

3. Refunds

If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days and we will verify and refund the erroneous amount.
Because access to the software is granted immediately on payment, subscription fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable once the service has been used.
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Applicable taxes are handled per prevailing GST rules.

4. Cancellation

You may choose not to renew at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. To cancel or stop future renewals, contact info@skoolmanage.com.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@skoolmanage.com from your registered email with your school name and payment reference. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
